Lamb Chops

I made a sauce to go with this lamb chop dish I love and eat on special occasions.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Lamb chops
Salt and pepper
to taste
●Grainy mustard
1 teaspoon~
1 teaspoon
●Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon~
a knb the size of your little finger tiip.


1. Season the lamb with salt, pepper and whatever herbs you like (I used rosemary).
2. Combine the ● ingredients to make a sauce and warm it gently in the microwave until the butter has melted.
3. Meanwhile, sauté the lamb in a frying pan greased with a thin layer of oil. Or bake for 5-9 minutes.
4. Serve on a plate with some vegetables and pour over the sauce from Step 2 to finish.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to make a sweet, tart and light sauce to my tastes that would go with sautéed lamb. I was satisfied with the result and uploaded the recipe.
