Thickly Simmered Pork Belly, Napa Cabbage, and Bean Sprouts

Ingredients such as pork belly and napa cabbage taste great simmered in sake. This soup is my favorite.
It's so good, that it'll be devoured as soon as it's finished cooking.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork belly
100g
Napa cabbage
1/8
Bean sprouts
1 bag
Sake
100ml
Salt
to taste

Steps

1. Cut the pork into 5cm strips and the napa cabbage into 3cm strips.
2. Put the pork, napa cabbage, and bean sprouts in a pot with the sake and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to low.
3. Once the vegetables are cooked, add salt and it's done.
