Pork and Asparagus Cheese Grill

Pork and asparagus with yakiniku sauce and cheese. It's good for bentos and side dishes.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pork (pork belly or thinly sliced)
100 g
2 stems
Yakiniku sauce
1 tablespoon
Easy melting cheese
use as much as you like
1/2 tablespoon


1. Cut the asparagus diagonally. Chop the pork into easy to eat sizes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork. When it has browned, add asparagus and fry some more.
3. When the asparagus is thoroughly cooked, add the yakiniku sauce and blend the flavours.
4. Transfer to serving dishes, top with cheese and microwave for 1 minute to finish.

Story Behind this Recipe

I always season asparagus and pork with just salt and pepper, but this time, I decided to try different seasonings.
