Put the chicken cartilage in a plastic bag, add the store-bought karaage powder, and coat. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Cook in your microwave on the grill setting for about 18 minutes and enjoy.

I found some inexpensive chicken knee cartilage.
This is easily made in the microwave! By using the grill setting, it turns out just like regular karaage. Be sure to use the karaage powder that just requires coating the chicken directly in the powder.
