This is an easy karaage that you grill in the microwave.
Store‐bought seasonings make it easy!

Ingredients

Chicken knee cartilage
200 g
Store‐bought karaage powder (non-dissolving type)
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Put the chicken cartilage in a plastic bag, add the store-bought karaage powder, and coat. Let rest for 5 minutes.
2. Cook in your microwave on the grill setting for about 18 minutes and enjoy.
