If you've ever been in a situation where you don't have ramen soup stock, or you don't have time to make the soup, but you want ramen now, this recipe is for you.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Water
500 ml
Japanese leek
1/3
Chicken soup stock granules
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Grated garlic
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
a pinch
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Thinly slice the leek diagonally. Put it in a pan with the water and bring to a boil.
2. Turn off the heat once the water comes to a boil, add the other ingredients, bring to a boil again and it's done.
3. In the photo, I just poured the soup over noodles. Add the toppings of your choice.

Story Behind this Recipe

I only have the noodles to make ramen! But I want to have ramen! I wanted to make the soup easily somehow... so I made it.
