For Bentos - Sautéed Turnips and Crunchy Tiny Fish (Jako)

I want to eat lots of vegetables - and why not add lots of calcium too?

Ingredients: 1 person

Turnip
1/4 small
Semi-dried young sardines (jyako)
1 tablespoon
Butter
5 g
Green onions or scallions
a little
Salt and pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Cut the turnips into half moons.
2. Melt the butter and sauté the turnips.
3. Add in the small fish once the turnips have lightly cooked through. Sprinkle it with shio-konbu and garnish with green onions.
4. Add it to the bento after it has cooled.
