They really are melt-in-your-mouth muffins. If you cut them when they are freshly baked, the softened chocolate will melt out from the inside.
I created this recipe because I wanted to eat melt-in-your-mouth muffins.
-Make sure to bring the eggs and butter to room temperature, and mix until fluffy. -25 minutes of baking was perfect in our oven.-These muffins are not too sweet, so you could add a generous amount of chocolate.
