Our Family's Spinach Namul (Korean-Style Salad)

This is a light-tasting namul without garlic. It goes very well with bibimbap!

Ingredients

Spinach
1 bunch (200 g)
★Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
★Salt
1/3 teaspoon
★Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
★Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
★Grated white sesame seeds
1 to 2 teaspoons

Steps

1. Parboil the spinach in boiling water with salt. When tender, plunge in cold water, squeeze out excess water, then cut into 5 cm lengths.
2. Add the ★ ingredients in the order listed, then toss.
