Carrot Namul

Carrot namul is easy to make and delicious.


1 medium
Sesame oil
2/3 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon
White pepper
to taste
Ground white sesame seeds
1/2-1 teaspoon


1. Peel the carrot, then julienne into 4 cm lengths. Roughly grind the white sesame.
2. Put the sesame oil in a frying pan, sauté the carrots maintaining their bite, then season with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat, then add the white sesame seeds.
3. It's delicious as is, but you can also use them in a tasty dish of bibimbap.
