Rich Chocolate Cream

This amazingly delicious cream is very versatile - you can spread it on bread, crepes, pancakes, or use it in desserts.


Chocolate bar (black)
60 g
Heavy cream or milk
70 ml
10-20 g
Pure cocoa powder
10 g
2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon


1. Mince the chocolate and put it in a bowl.
2. Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan. When the sugar has dissolved, sift in the cocoa powder through a tea strainer, and mix with a whisk.
3. Add the heavy cream and heat it until just before the boiling point. Sift the mixture into the bowl from Step 1, and mix gently with a rubber spatula.
4. When the mixture from Step 3 has become smooth, add the vegetable oil and mix so everything is blended evenly and thoroughly.
