5-Minute Konnyaku and Green Pepper Stir-Fry

Simply seasoned with sesame oil and soy sauce!
This is a great stir-fry to make when you need one more bento filler.

Ingredients: 1 serving (for bento)

Green peppers
as needed
Sesame oil
a small amount
Soy sauce
a small amount


1. Slice the green peppers in half lengthwise, then cut them into 5 mm strips. Slice the konnyaku into similar-sized strips.
2. Heat a frying pan and pan fry the konnyaku. Once the moisture from the konnyaku evaporates, pour the sesame oil over the konnyaku, then add the green peppers.
3. Once cooked through, add the soy sauce, stir, and it's done!
