Story Behind this Recipe
When I have lots of frozen bread, I make French toast with it. It's a tasty way to empty out your freezer. Here are some French toast recipes: Cheese French Toast Recipe ID: 724269, Cocoa French Toast Recipe ID: 2060838 Milk Tea French Toast Recipe ID: 2060841 Matcha French Toast Recipe ID: 2060842
Frozen bread doesn't absorb the ingredients very well, so put the coated bread from Step 1 in the microwave (at 500 W) for 1 minute to warm it up a little, then flip over and microwave for 1 more minute. This should help the egg mixture soak into the bread. This will shorten the time it takes to cook it later.
