Naturally Sweetened Sweet Potato Snacks

I love the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes.
This is a simple snack that can be made in no time.
You won't be able to stop munching on them.

Ingredients: 1 baking pan's worth

Sweet potato
150 g
Cake flour
100 g
15 g
1-2 tablespoons
Sugar, powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, etc
as desired


1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into appropriately-sized pieces. Boil or steam. Maybe it's just me, but they seem to lose their sweetness if microwaved.
2. Once they're cooked, mash into a paste.
3. Add flour, butter, and milk. Mix, then form the dough into a ball.
4. Put into a plastic bag and roll out flat. Then put in the freezer to firm up a little. This will make it easy to cut into slices.
5. Cut into 2-3 mm wide pieces and place on a lined baking tray.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200℃ for about 13 minutes, and they're done. Adjust the temperature and baking time to your oven.

I was invited to my friends house, so I decided to make something to bring along. I tried using sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes like I normally use.
