Lot's of Sautéed Cabbage with Nutmeg

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Cabbage
1/5 (540g)
Bacon
40g
Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon
Butter
10g
Salt
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Chop the bacon into thin strips.
2. Shred the cabbage into 2 to 3 mm pieces.
3. Heat some butter and nutmeg in a small pan and stir fry the bacon (for a minute).
4. Add the cabbage and some salt and cook until the cabbage is wilted, about 3 to 4 minutes over middle heat.
