Snap Peas and Tomatoes with Yuzu Pepper

Yuzu papper makes it spicy (slightly spicy and tasty)

Ingredients: 1 serving

Tomato - 1 medium
about 100 g
Sugar snap peas
about 50 g
Bonito flakes
3~4 g
Flavoring ingredients:
1) Yuzu pepper
2~3 g
2) White wine vinegar
5 g
3) Olive oil
15 g


1. Remove the starchy strings from the snap peas and dice the tomatoes into 1 cm.
2. Combine 1, 2 and 3 in a bowl.
3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt. Blanch the snap peas, drain, then let cool.
4. Cut the snap peas into bite-size pieces and add to the bowl. Add the tomatoes and toss to combine.
5. Serve in a plate and place the bonito flakes on top.
