Taro in Miso Sauce

The miso sauce is really tasty!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Satoimo (taro)

Salt
a small amount
*Miso
1 tablespoon
*Sake
1 tablespoon
*Mirin
1 tablespoon
*Sugar
1 tablespoon
*Water
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Wash and peel the taro and then cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Rub in salt, then add to boiling water.
3. When the water comes to the boil, turn the heat to low and boil for 5-6 minutes.
4. Rinse with cold water once it's boiled.
5. Bake the taro in a pan, mix in the combined * ingredients, and it's done.
