Chrysanthemum Greens Salad with Plenty of Sesame Oil

This recipe is so easy! Even though the chrysanthemum greens are not cooked, they are very easy to eat a ton of.

Ingredients

Chrysanthemum greens
1 bunch
Sesame oil
3 tablespoons
Salt
a bit less than 1/2 teaspoon
Nori seaweed
to taste
White sesame seeds
To taste
Black pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Wash the chrysanthemum greens well, chop up into easy to eat pieces, and put on a serving plate without cooking. Sprinkle with salt.
2. Heat up the sesame oil in a small frying pan until it's smoking slightly.
3. Pour the hot oil over the greens. It will hiss and spit, so be careful not to burn yourself!! Mix well after adding the oil.
4. Scatter on some nori seaweed, sesame seeds and more black pepper if you'd like. Enjoy!
