Maitake Mushroom & Wiener Sausage Stir-Fry

An easy stir-fried maitake mushrooms and wiener sausages. This recipe is great for bento too.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Maitake mushrooms
1 pack
Wiener sausages
Butter or margarine
5 g
a little bit less than 1 tablespoon


1. Separate the maitake mushrooms and cut the wiener sausages diagonally into pieces.
2. Heat butter in a pan, and stir-fry the wiener sausages over medium heat. When lightly browned, add the maitake mushrooms and continue stir-frying.
3. When the maitake mushrooms are soft and wilted, swirl in mentsuyu and toss. Simmer for 2~3 minutes and it's done.
