Stir-Fried Tomatoes and Cabbage with Japanese-Style Worcestershire Sauce

Drizzle Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce over the stir-fry just before eating to add extra richness!!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Cherry tomatoes
3 or more
@ Cabbage
1 large leaf
● Butter
1 teaspoon
● Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon
● Ketchup
1 teaspoon
@ Salt and pepper
3 to 5 shakes
Grated cheese (Parmesan cheese)
1 tablespon
Japanese-Style Worcestershire sauce ("chuuno" sauce)
1 teaspoon plus

Steps

1. Cut the cherry tomatoes into half. Roughly chop up the cabbage leaf.
2. Add the ● ingredients to a frying pan and turn on the heat.
3. Melt and mix.
4. Add the @ ingredients and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Add the cherry tomatoes and stir-fry for a minute. (Work quickly since they get watery if you cook them for too long.)
6. Transfer to a heatproof dish and top with grated cheese.
7. Bake in a toaster oven for 3 to 4 minutes. (Or microwave for 1 minute.) Add the Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce just before eating. Enjoy while piping hot.

I combined my family's favorite seasoning ingredients. As I expected, they raved that it was delicious.
