Macrobiotic Mayonnaise

The sesame seeds make this mayo smell amazing, the white miso lends a slightly sweet taste and the mayo has a delicious sourness. This is an oil-free and egg-free recipe.

Ingredients: 2 dressing servings

White miso
1 tablespoon
White sesame paste
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
(Soy milk)
1 teaspoon


1. Mix all of the ingredients together well. That's it! Once the sauce is finished, add the milk if you think it is too thick.
2. Try using it with this recipe: "Apple & Chrysanthemum Leaf Salad." (Recipe ID: 710640).
