Tangy Cranberry Jam

Try this recipe if you're able to obtain fresh cranberries.

Ingredients: 700 g of cranberries worth

1. Combine the well-rinsed cranberries and sugar, let sit for 30 minutes, add the sliced and quartered lemon and orange, and mix.
2. Boil for about 15 minutes. We use an electric burner, so please adjust the time according to your cooking source.
3. Once it reaches a jam-like consistency, it's ready. Adjust the sweetness to taste.

Story Behind this Recipe

I bought a bag of fresh cranberries for quite cheaply. I wanted to try out this seasonal fruit. I recommend making it a less sweeter than store-bought cranberry jam. It's tasty with meat or on bread.
