These are amazingly tasty. Thanks to everyone who's tried them out and sent me comments!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Fresh okara
130 g
Sugar
50 g
Cake flour
130 g
Egg
1
Baking powder
6 g

Steps

1. Mix all the ingredients, and roll out 1 cm thick on parchment paper.
2. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200℃/390℉. Cut into 1 cm wide strips. Bake for 10 minutes on each side at 180℃/350℉, and it's done.
