I fried nagaimo in flour after soaking in garlic and soy sauce! Looks like fried chicken on the outside, but the inside is fluffy and delicious.
I made grated yams and had some left over, so I came up with this variation! It's more refreshing than chicken and you can eat a lot. It's also delicious when cold!
The sauce with flour mixed in is very delicious, so be sure to cover the nagaimo in plenty of flour.
