Easy 3-Minute Egg Soup

It goes well with everything, and you don't get tired of it! On top of that, it's easy. Everybody from young to old will love this soup.

Ingredients: 2 servings

・Egg
1
・Scallion
As needed
・ Water
300 ml
☆Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
☆Dashi stock granules
2 teaspoons

Steps

1. Boil 300 ml of water in a pot, then add the ☆ ingredients (1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons dashi stock granules).
2. When the soup base is rapidly boiling, drizzle the beaten eggs in a thin stream.
3. Add the scallions. Done.
