Cookie House For Christmas

Cookie House For Christmas

Welcome, Santa Clause! This is a delicious cookie house that's easy to decorate!

100 g
Powdered sugar
110 g
Cake flour
250 g
Almond powder
40 g
Beaten egg
1 medium egg
Vanilla extract
A small amount
White chocolate for icing
100 g
Chocolate pen for decoration
As needed

1. Put all the cookie dough ingredients into a food processor and mix. Chill in the fridge for an hour. Cut out the shapes and bake for 18-20 minutes at 170℃.
2. Assemble the house when the dough has cooled. I didn't use icing but used white chocolate melted in a bain marie. Decorate as you like.
3. A small snowman welcomes Santa Clause. I made the base with a tart mould.
4. The roof of the house is colorful with candy coated chocolate.
5. Mama is hiding behind the house.
6. My daughter and her friend wrote their initials on the star-shaped cookies.
7. I wrote the name of a housing construction company on one side as a joke. Everyone thought it was very funny, although it is a bit difficult to read.
8. I made the tree by colouring some of the dough green with food colouring. I bought the mini stars at the supermarket.

Story Behind this Recipe

I made this for my 15 year old daughter's Christmas party.
