Minced herbs (use whatever you want. Basil, rosemary, chive, chervil, Italian parsley, oregano, etc.)

Coarsely ground pepper
Chopped nuts for topping (almonds, peanuts, sesame, etc.)
Bring the cream cheese to room temperature. Mince the prosciutto and herbs.
Before the herbs start to discolor, combine the herbs, prosciutto and pepper with the cream cheese. Chill in the refrigerator.
Using plastic wrap, roll into a tube and chill in the refrigerator until hardened.
Warm a knife with hot water and cut the cheese log into disks. Top with nuts Enjoy as is.

My favorite herbs with cream cheese and prosciutto. I combined them all together and enjoyed with a glass of wine.
I recommend using fresh herbs for their aromas Use any herbs you like. Wash and drain well, then chop finely. Basil goes well with cheese, so I strongly suggest it. If you are using dried herbs, use half the amount.
