Simple Crab Meat Tomato Cream Pasta

A simple yet highly-refined taste. Aside from canned crab, you can also use tuna, scallops, shrimp, etc. They go nicely with the thick tomato cream sauce.

Ingredients: serves 2

200 g (as desired)
Canned tomatoes (cut)
1 can
Canned crab
1 can
Heavy cream
100 ml
2 cloves
Red chili pepper
as desired
Olive oil
as needed

1 tablespoon


1. Add salt (not listed) to boiling water and cook the pasta until al dente. Mince the garlic.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and heat until fragrant. Add the red chili if you like.
3. Add the tomatoes together with the juice into a pan from Step 2, and cook until the liquid starts to bubble. Add the canned crab together with its stock as well as sugar.
4. When it starts to lightly boil, add butter to bring out the richness. Lastly, add the heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper (not listed).
5. Add boiled pasta to the pan and toss well with the sauce. Transfer to a plate.
