Christmas Wreath Meatloaf

My children love hamburgers, so I made this decorated version for Christmas.

Ingredients

Minced meat
150~200 g
Onions (finely chopped)
1
Egg
1
Panko
3 tablespoons
Ketchup
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
To taste
Spinach (leaves)
10~16
Bacon
2 slices
Orange bell pepper, cherry tomatoes
for decoration
Demiglace sauce or ketchup

Steps

1. Slice the bacon into thin strips and place around a ring pan.
2. Boil the spinach leaves briefly and squeeze out excess water and put them on top of the bacon. You can use cabbage or Chinese cabbage instead of spinach.
3. Mix stir-fried onion, minced meat, panko, egg and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Stuff the mixture (Step 3) into the ring pan (Step 2).
5. Bake in a preheated 450°F/230℃ oven for 30 minutes. Stick a bamboo skewer through the meat and it's done if no juice comes out.
6. Decorate with halved cherry tomatoes, boiled orange bell pepper and so on.
