Cut around the seed and spoon out the avocado. Line it up on the bread and add mayonnaise.
Set the toaster oven for 5 minutes, let it heat up for 3 minutes, and then grill for 2 minutes. Sprinkle black pepper and it's done.
Toast for 5 minutes and grilled for 1 minute.
I grilled this version with rice. I also sprinkled Krazy Salt.
This morning, I put it on an English muffin. ღ I wanted it to be a little salty, so I added Krazy Salt.

Depending on how you like it, you can grill it a bit more or heat it in the oven then grill until it is golden brown and soft. If you grill it instantly once it is warm, it will stay soft and cook to golden brown.
