Barrel Cats Character Bento (Recipe ID: 696695) After I made the barrel cat bento, I though that it might be possible to make other 'barrel animals' and so gave it a go.
Press on the nori 'faces' after the rice has cooled (they'll shrink if you stick them on while the rice is still hot). Be creative and have fun coming up with your own cute designs. Use a nori punch cutter if you have one. This will make preparing the faces a lot easier.
