Sprinkle a generous amount of salt and pepper on the chicken wings. Pierce the wings with a fork.
Place the wings in a tray or a plastic bag. Add the remaining ingredients in, and mix well. Let it sit for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven for 200℃ (400℉).
Put in the oven, and bake for about 20 minutes. Adjust the cooking time to your oven or the size of the wings.
I modified the amount of the seasonings. Please adjust the spiciness. It says 12 chicken wings for 4 servings, but that's for our family of 4.
Story Behind this Recipe
When I cooked this recipe, I wanted to go to Mexico. I wanted to eat chicken with a different flavor, so I added cayenne pepper, then I turned it into my own Mexican-style dish. I'm pretty sure that they don't serve this in Mexico.
You can adjust the amount of the cayenne pepper by reducing or adding 1 teaspoon. Add a small amount of Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce. If you use too much, the taste will be too strong.
