Creamy Christmas Tree Salad

A luxurious, sparkling Christmas avocado and potato salad with salmon, corn, and cream cheese.

Ingredients: 6 6cm aluminium cups

Potato
250 g
Avocado
100 g
A
┌Heavy cream
3 tablespoons plus
│Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
└Salt and pepper
tTo taste
Smoked salmon
25g
Cream cheese
20g
Sweet corn
2 tablespoons
Finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon
Gold dust
optional

Steps

1. Thinly cut the potato, put the slices in a heatproof dish, wrap, and microwave (500W) for about 5 minutes until soft.
2. Mash the avocado into the potato while it's still hot. Adjust the firmness of the texture with the heavy cream listed under "A".
3. Add the finely chopped smoked salmon, cream cheese and sweet corn and mix it all together.
4. Put the mixture into the aluminium cups in cone shapes so they look like Christmas trees, and then sprinkle gold dust if you have it.

I like salads like this, so I made it. ♪Avocado and heavy cream added to the potato brings out the richness and makes it an easy-to-eat salad! It's nice as a sandwich spread, too.
