Easy American Cranberry Sauce

This is a stiff jam that's delicious when spread on bread or cookies, eaten together with yogurt, or used on cake or pie. It's super easy!

Ingredients: about 2 cups' worth

Fresh cranberries
340 g (1 package)
Brown sugar (or sugar)
200 g
Water (or orange juice)
150 ml


1. Wash the fresh cranberries in a bowl and remove the bruised ones.
2. Put all the ingredients in a pot and heat over low~medium heat for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally as it simmers so that it doesn't burn. Once the cranberries have softened and lost their shape, it's done!
