Chirimenjako and Cheese on Toast

I am hooked on this toast with melting cheese and crispy chirimen jako.

Ingredients: 1 slice

Sliced bread
1 slice
Pizza cheese
to your liking
Chirimenjako (small)
to your liking
to taste


1. Top the bread with pizza cheese.
2. Top with chrimenjako.
3. Place on aluminium foil in a oven, and toast until the cheese melts and the chirimen jako becomes crispy.
4. When it's almost done toasting, if you remove the aluminium foil, the bottom will be golden brown, too.
5. Drizzle sesame oil if you like.
6. Top with fresh vegetables.
7. Squeeze mayonnaise thinly at the end and toast even if you worry about the sodium and calorie intake. That's also delicious.
