Loosen up the bag as much as possible and freeze. This is so you can break it up easily after it's frozen.
When you want to use it, just take it out of the freezer and use as is!

If I left an open bag of pizza cheese in the refrigerator, it would get moldy. After seeing the frozen pizza in my freezer, I decided to keep my cheese in the freezer from then on.
Just take out the amount you want to use and quickly return the rest to the freezer. If you thaw and refreeze, it will become lumpy and hard to use. [Caution:] If you leave it in the freezer for too long, it will become hard to melt when baking and won't spread well. So, please use it before it becomes a fossil in your freezer.
