Heavy Cream-free Baked Cheesecake

This is a baked cheesecake that doesn't need heavy cream. It's low-cal and cheap to make! It's refreshing and delicious.

Ingredients: 18 cm diameter cake pan

Cream cheese
250 g
Granulated sugar
80 g
150 g
Lemon juice or Cointreau
2 tablespoons
Cake flour
30 g


1. Preheat the oven to 150°C. Line the cake pan with paper.
2. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
3. Pour into a 18 cm diameter cake pan with a removable bottom (be careful not to let it leak out!) and bake in an oven at 150°C for 50-60 minutes.
4. Once baked, run a knife along the edge of the cake, being careful not to damage the cake.
5. Once cooled, remove from the pan.
