Curry Chicken Teriyaki

If you get tired of regular teriyaki chicken, add curry spices for a change.


Chicken breast (boneless)
Teriyaki sauce

Curry powder
1 teaspoon
to taste
to taste
Plain flour
as needed


1. Flour the chicken breast and sauté in a frying pan until the surface becomes crisp.
2. Wipe excess oil from the frying pan and add the teriyaki sauce and curry powder. Simmer until the sauce is glossy.
3. When the sauce is glossy, slice the chicken with a knife and pour the sauce over it. Top with mayonnaise and parsley to finish.
