For Bento Fried Komatsuna

Here's a fuss-free side item to try on a busy morning.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Komatsuna (or your choice of greens)
1 bunch
Bacon
1 slice
Mentsuyu
1 tablespoon
Ketchup
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Chop the greens into 3cm long pieces, and the bacon into 5mm strips.
2. Heat oil in a pan and briefly sauté the ingredients from Step 1.
3. Add the mentsuyu and ketchup and fry until done.
