Edamame Cheese Rice Crackers

Just add top the edamame with cheese, microwave, and you've got a crispy rice cracker.

Ingredients: 4 rice crackers

Sliced cheese
1 slice
as needed
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Lay out the edamame on a sheet of parchment paper.
2. Cut the sliced cheese into 4 squares and place on top of the edamame. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Microwave for 2 and 1/2 minutes at 700W, and they're done.
4. Test 1: Using cheese that melts easily gives a crisp and crunchy result.
5. Test 2: When using non-melting slices, some air got trapped inside, but they also came out crisp.
