Chrysanthemum Greens Namul

Chrysanthemum greens are good for the body.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Chrysanthemum greens
150g
●Sesame oil
2 teaspoons
●Soy sauce
1 and 1/2 tablespoons
●Sugar
1 teaspoon
● Chinese soup stock
a little ( about 1/4 teaspoon)
●Grated garlic
a little ( to taste)
White sesame seeds
a lot ( to taste)

Steps

1. Parboil the chrysanthemum greens (see helpful hints). Drain and squeeze out excess water. Cut into 2 cm sections.
2. In a bowl, combine the ● ingredients. Add the chrysanthemum greens, and mix everything together. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.

We eat a lot of chrysanthemum greens in nabe (hot pots), but I wanted to eat them another way and so I made this namul dish.
