A soft and jiggly jelly dessert with chunky grapefruit.
I ate this at a French dessert wagon in my neighborhood when I was a bachelorette. This recipe is my attempt to recreate the dish because it was so delicious.
If you like it super-jiggly, use 400 ml of juice.This also makes a really nice orange jelly.I recommend you make this in a large container and serve in smaller glasses.
