Boiled Mizuna Greens and Fried Tofu

All it takes is 3 minutes! This nice and crunchy dish is perfect for when you just need one more side dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Mizuna greens
2 bunches
Aburaage
1 block
●Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
3 tablespoons
●Water
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Separate the mizuna into leaves and stalks and cut into pieces about 5cm long.
2. Cut the abura-age into strips.
3. Boil the mizuna in a frying pan. Start with the stalks and cook for about 40 seconds.
4. Add the leaves and boil for 40 more seconds.
5. Place the abura-age in a colander and pour the boiled mizuna over to drain (this will drain the oil from the aburaage). Squeeze out the water.
6. Mix the ● ingredients together in a bowl, stir in the tofu and mizuna, and you're done!
