Whole Grain and Oatmeal Table Rolls

You'll never grow tired of these soft and fluffy rolls! It's full of good-for-you fiber, minerals and vitamins.

Ingredients: 6-8 rolls

Bread flour
180 g
Whole wheat flour
50 g
50 g
Reconstituted powdered milk (210 ml water + 15 g skimmed milk powder)
210 ml
30 g
20 g
5 g
Dry yeast
3 g


1. Put all the ingredients except for the butter in your bread maker and press start. After 5 minutes add the butter. Leave the first rise to your bread maker.
2. Lightly punch down the dough from step one and form them into balls. Cover with plastic wrap and a damp towel and let the dough rest for 20 minutes. The seams of the dough balls should be on the bottom.
3. Roll the dough balls from step 2 again to remove any air, and place on a baking pan with the seams facing down.
4. For the 2nd rising, place in the oven at 40℃ for 25 minutes. They'll double in size.
5. Bake at 180℃ for 11-15 minutes and they're finished! The baked rolls are soft and fluffy.

I thought I could eat this bread everyday and not get sick of it so I posted it here for everyone. Even without anything spread on top you can taste the natural sweetness of the whole grain and oatmeal. A soft and tender table roll.
