5 Minute Easy Beef & Ginger Stir-Fry

This dish is great with beer, in a bento, and of course it's perfect for rice! The ginger will boost your appetite!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Thinly sliced beef offcuts
300 g
2-3 pieces
Green onions or scallions
to taste
3 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon


1. Chop up the meat. Julienne the ginger. Finely chop the green onion.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan and first cook the ginger. Once fragrant, add the meat and continue cooking.
3. Once the oil has coated everything, add the sake and the sugar. Stir-fry for a short time.
4. Remove the ingredients from the pan. Pour in the soy sauce and bring it to a simmer. Return the ingredients and cook in the soy sauce.
5. Once cooked, add the green onion and lightly stir-fry to finish.
6. If adding Japanese leek, add it in a little bit before the soy sauce.
