Teriyaki Chicken with Cheese and Eggs

Wrap a boiled egg and cheese in slabs of chicken and cook in teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken breast
Sliced cheese
1 slice
Kitchen string
about 20 cm
Teriyaki sauce

1. Butterfly the chicken breast, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Boil the egg.
2. Place the cheese slice and boiled egg on top of chicken, and wrap.
3. Tie with the kitchen string lengthwise and crosswise, then fry both sides until golden brown.
4. When browned, add the teriyaki sauce (Recipe ID: 655656). Simmer over low heat until it becomes brown and juicy.
5. Cut with a knife without breaking it apart, and it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

Teriyaki chicken wasn't satisfying enough for me, so wrapped the chicken with a boiled egg and cheese for a spin.
