Healthy Blueberry Yogurt Mousse

Add blueberry jam to yogurt and hardened it with gelatin to make this simple mousse. This is an easy mousse you can whip up in no time.

Ingredients: 4 servings

400 g
Blueberry jam
2 tablespoons
2-3 tablespoons
7 g
Heavy cream
3 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
Lemon juice
1-2 teaspoons


1. In a blender, add the jam and half the yogurt and blend. In a bowl, combine the remaining yogurt and the mixture from the blender.
2. In a pan, combine the heavy cream, milk, and sugar and heat over low heat. Sprinkle in the gelatin (use the type that doesn't require being soaked in the water), and simmer to dissolve.
3. Add Step 2 and the lemon juice to the yogurt mixture and whisk well to combine.
4. Pour the mixture into a container and chill in the refrigerator to set.

Story Behind this Recipe

This is a dessert I got an idea from rearranging yogurt jello.
For this recipe, I used gelatin that doesn't require being soaked in water.
