Easy Salmon Cream Pasta

When I served this for breakfast to my family, I was told it was heavy, but it's so quick to make! If you have time to boil pasta plus 2 minutes, you can make this with time to spare!!

Ingredients: 2 servings

2 servings
Smoked salmon
1 pack
Sliced onions
1/2 of an onion
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
100 ml
Heavy cream
100 ml
Soup stock cube
2 teaspoons
to taste
to taste
Parmesan cheese
as you like


1. While you're boiling the pasta, heat margarine in a pan and lightly saute the onion.
2. Add smoked salmon, give it a stir, add flour and lightly saute.
3. Add cream, milk and soup stock cube and cook over low heat.
4. When the pasta is done, add to the pan (you don't have to drain it.)
5. Season with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese and you're done!
