The smoked salmon in my fridge was a day past its sell by date, so I thought I should cook it.
If you don't have any cream, use 200ml of milk. You can use grilled salmon if you want. Mind the sauce so it doesn't boil down too much! If it looks like it's evaporating, add some milk.
