[Vegetarian] White Sauce

A white sauce made from soy and coconut milk.

Ingredients: 1 portion

Soy milk
200 ml
Coconut milk
100 ml
1 small
Flour (preferably whole wheat)
1-2 tablespoons
Vegetable bouillon cube
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Fry the thinly cut onions in a little vegetable oil.
2. Add the flour and bouillon, and continue to fry, taking care not to let it scorch.
3. When the flour has been fried, add the soy and coconut milk, and mix on a low heat until the mixture thickens.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
