Chijimi Sauce

This is also great to season boiled pork. It's a versatile sweet-salty sauce.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
1 1/2 tablespoons
1/2 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
Grated garlic
1 clove
1 teaspoon
White sesame seeds
1/2~1 teaspoon
Japanese leek (the white part)
5 cm


1. Finely chop the Japanese leek, grate the garlic, and mix all the ingredients together.
