Ingredients

☆Chicken thigh (Bite-sized pieces)
550-600g
☆Garlic (grated)
2 teaspoons
☆Ginger (grated)
1 teaspoon
☆Dashi stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
☆Salt and pepper
to taste
☆Sake
2 tablespoons
☆Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Katakuriko
3 tablespoons
Plain flour
3 tablespoons
Frying oil
as needed

Steps

1. Add the ☆ ingredients to a plastic bag and rub it all together to combine. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour to marinate.
2. Add the katakuriko and flour to the bag and massage to coat the meat. Deep-fry in 170°C oil.
